SOME  95 ha of this Pyengana property was used in a five-year rotation for premium potato production up until 2012. Since then all pasture. Plus 50 ha never cropped currently being converted from nitens 1 rotation out of pasture will be available for cropping.

Perfectly suited for seed and ware potato production, dairy conversion/ support/agistment block, red meat production and any variety of cash cropping.

Several streams converge to form the Powers Rivulet with 120ML direct summer take. Numerous unsurveyed farm dams add to water availability with any amount of winter water available to fill new dams if desired. Gravity transfer scheme moves water to areas needed for summer cropping.

Approximately 10,000t nitens ready to harvest now with a similar amount in seven years and 32 ha in 15 years.

This summer carried 160 adult cows with calves mid spring to mid autumn without any supplementary feed as testament to this especially reliable high rainfall region.

Ideally suited to towable centre pivot development.

On 10 titles, there is a one-bedroom shack in the tranquil Pyengana Valley. Well serviced by 3km of council maintained all weather gravel road to the bitumen at Pyengana, 25km on to main centre St Helens, or south 48km to Fingal or west 90km to Nunamara.

Expressions of Interest close 3:00pm, 31st July 2024.
