New owners of King Island Dairy revealed

The new owners of King Island Dairy are Melbourne-based businessmen Nicholas Dobromilsky and Graeme Wilson.
Nicholas Dobromilsky is reportedly recognized for his expertise in supply chain management and manufacturing, and has held significant roles in investment and finance, including a position as an Investment Manager at Venture Growth Partners in Melbourne. His career also includes experience at Olympus Cheese, Marlin Brands, Credit Suisse, and Kidder Williams Ltd.
Little is known about his King Island Dairy 2 business partner, Graeme Wilson, other than that he is also a Melbourne-based businessman.
According to ASIC documents, Mr Dobromilsky and Mr Wilson established the company through which they purchased King Island Dairy off Saputo, King Island Dairy 2, earlier this week on March 3.
The holding entities of King Island Dairy 2 Pty Ltd are listed as S.A.M. Dairy Pty Ltd (60 shares) and 19 Investments Pty Ltd (60 shares).
Mr Dobromilsky and Mr Wilson’s purchase of King Island Dairy off Saputo has been widely celebrated not only for keeping the iconic business operating, but for returning it to Australian hands for the first time in 25 years.
