Group 6 AGM delayed

Group 6 Metals Limited held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 November 2024. The meeting was adjourned to allow shareholders to review the Annual Report, which was not available prior to the AGM due to pending negotiations for a recapitalisation plan. 

Resolution 1 regarding the Remuneration Report was postponed. 

Resolutions 2 and 3, concerning the re-election and election of directors, were carried.

The new date for a re-convened AGM is to be announced.
